Fragrances:
Fragrance oils are a handmade blend of naturally occurring ingredients to imitate a flavour or scent. Pearl Body Co makes most of our own fragrances which are popularly made by mixing essences, essential oils, butters and fruit oils and other beautiful naturally occurring chemicals, to master a scent.
Colours, Pigments And Dyes:
At Pearl Body Co,. we use colours, pigments and dyes that are all primarily sourced from Australia but can also be found in specialised locations around the world. These pigments are popularly known as or are referred to as mica powder and are all derived from oxides, native botanicals, earth clays, plants, minerals, and so much more.
Handmade Products Disclaimer:
All our products are handmade in small batches. Slight variances in colour, patterns, and shades may vary from the pictures online, and they are subject to slight changes; however, this variance will not affect the quality, usability, or the way the product performs.
Warm Weather and Melting:
Disclaimer: Please know that body butters and other oil or butter-based products are very sensitive and stand the chance of melting when exposed to warm temperatures. We suggest storing these products in cool places.
Safety Patch Testing:
Patch testing is a good way to see if you will react to the ingredients contained in our products. We highly suggest you do so prior to applying the product to your body.
Preservatives:
All our water-based products can carry bacteria and mould and can cause the growth of germs. We use a natural preservative called Liquid Germall Plus which is free from parabens and efficiently delivers antimicrobial activity.

I just placed an order, when will it show up?Processing times for standard orders are from 3-10 business days and 1-5 business days for express post. International orders will be longer based on the country and carrier used. These times are bound to change and can vary depending on public holidays and an influx of orders during sales.

How can I return a purchase or receive a refund?For sanitary purposes and for the nature of our business, we have a no-return/refund policy.
